We regularly look for motivated, reliable staff in various business departments. Supporting and challenging our staff is important to us. Come work with us.
Carl Stahl Kromer is a family-owned company in Gottenheim, near Freiburg im Breisgau. This is the only place where we produce our high-quality cable hoists; we then use various distribution channels to get them to customers all over the world. We are part of the well-known Carl Stahl Group, but are largely legally independent. Working here, you will enjoy flat hierarchies, short decision paths, and a friendly, collegial team. Staff who have been with us for many years appreciate our open, respectful dealings with one another. Everyone is given responsibility in his scope of duties and thus contributes to great customer satisfaction and the success of the company. We consider ourselves to be not just a manufacturer, but also a service provider.
Kromer offers ergonomically designed manufacturing and office work stations. In a modern work environment, you will have a secure, forward-looking, interesting scope of duties and develop a great passion for our products. We expect loyalty, dedication, and the ability and willingness to regularly learn new things. This keeps our company young, agile, and in touch with current trends. On our home page, you can find out about our history, philosophy, and products as you prepare your application.

In order for our company to keep high-performing, satisfied staff in the long term, it is important that we maintain a pleasant work environment. We want our staff to feel at home and identify with the company. That is why staff-friendliness is so important to us. We promote collegial behavior and cooperativeness. In addition to great professional abilities, the so-called soft skills are important. The indispensable qualities of Kromer staff include mutual trust and honesty. For years the spoken word has been binding here; you can count on an oral agreement. We also strive to keep bureaucracy to a minimum, keep communication channels short, and promote teamwork.
Many professional groups are represented at our company. Among them are cutting machine operators (some of whom we trained), logisticians, master craftsmen, business administration experts, engineers, technicians, fitters, the classical commercial professions, industrial clerks, and salesmen. Our staff develop, produce, sell, discuss, communicate, and engage in a number of activities to create convincing, high-quality products. Would you like to become part of our team? We regularly offer new positions and are looking forward to each application. Keep checking our current vacancies and feel free to write to us.
