Training measures and seminars

A special service we offer is our international training measures and seminars. In them, you can find out all important information about Kromer spring balancers and learn to maintain and repair them on your own. You can also acquire a qualification that will allow you to perform technical inspections on your cable hoists. We would like to contribute to our customers and users becoming specialists in the handling of our devices so that they are not regularly reliant upon external assistance. This avoids errors in use, reduces costs, and extends the cable hoist service life. We would be happy to provide you with information and send you our current dates and offers.

Comprehensive replacement part support

Wherever repairs are cost-effective, Kromer offers you comprehensive replacement part support for large cable hoists. All installed parts, from screws to springs, are available individually and can be re-ordered. Suitable replacement parts are generally available even for older devices. This ensures a very long service life for your spring balancers and zero-gravity balancers.
